Minimum Education Requirement: M.D. or D.O. degree and completed an ACGME- or AOA-accredited program of postgraduate specialty training.

- Examine and diagnose patients, perform diagnostic tests and treat allergy disorders while also managing allergy services
- Prepare and review case histories, obtain data through interviews, examine patients and determine appropriate diagnostic tests
- Interpret test results, evaluate findings and prescribe treatments
